This new-construction residence in Lake Elsinore, California; which is now for-sale was an incredible undertaking. From start to finish, we chose nearly every selection for the client. It was important to keep the spaces light and open without making them feel sterile and uninviting.
We chose a stunning Behr Marque paint called “Statuesque” for the walls which was just light enough to keep the space bright, then introduced bright pops of blue and a warm oak floor to give the space some color and texture. An industrial Kraus faucet helped give the kitchen the modern touch while the wood chairs and tables gave the rustic feel that the client was looking for.
Of course, the Master bedroom had a stunning view of the lake, so to prevent any distraction from that view, we kept everything very neutral, so that the warmth of the desert came pouring into the room. To top everything off, we added a high-quality floor-ceiling linen curtain to the windows that gave each space a bit more color and an unbeatable texture all while still allowing a bit of light to seep into the room and keep everything beautifully lit.
