Responsibilities:
As a Copywriter (Contract) at Rennacker Studio, you will:
Content Creation: Develop original and creative written content for various platforms such as websites, blogs, social media, advertising campaigns, email marketing, and more.
Brand Consistency: Ensure all content aligns with the brand's voice, style, and messaging. This includes maintaining consistency across all marketing channels.
Research and Development: Conduct thorough research to understand the target audience, market trends, and product features. This is essential for creating relevant and engaging content.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing teams, graphic designers, and other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to campaigns and projects.
Editing and Proofreading: Rigorously edit and proofread all content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and quality. This includes checking for grammar, punctuation, and style.
SEO Optimization: Incorporate search engine optimization (SEO) best practices to enhance the online visibility of content.
Content Strategy Contribution: Assist in developing content strategies that align with marketing goals and objectives.
Feedback Incorporation: Revise content based on feedback from team members, clients, or test audiences.
Project Management: Manage multiple writing projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and budget constraints.
Qualifications:
Educational Background: Ideally, a Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
Writing Experience: Proven experience as a copywriter or related role. Experience in the specific industry can be a plus.
Portfolio of Work: A strong portfolio that showcases a range of writing styles and content types.
Strong Research Skills: Ability to conduct thorough research on diverse topics and format the research in APA 7.
SEO Knowledge: Understanding of SEO principles and how to apply them in content creation.
Creativity and Innovation: Ability to generate fresh, engaging, and compelling content ideas.
Attention to Detail: Strong editing and proofreading skills with an eye for detail.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration and content creation.
Adaptability: Ability to adapt writing style to various audiences and content types.
Time Management: Strong organizational and time-management skills, especially important for contract positions where efficiency is key.
B2B Experience is a big plus!
